If you have been selected as a finalist for Borlaug LEAP, you will be contacted for a personal interview.  The interview will cover your demonstrated leadership skills and potential, the contextual role of research in your home country, how research can be scaled up to issues of poverty in the developing world and your future plans. The interview will take place over the phone or by Skype so be sure the contact information on your application is correct.

We will also review your file and update you on what documents you are still missing. Please note that a final decision cannot be made until all the documents are received and your budget is finalized.
